What Services are Available for Students Formatting their Dissertations or Theses?
The University Writing Center is pleased to offer Vireo Formatting Support to assist graduate students with formatting requirements for their theses and dissertations. Schedule 25- or 50-minute appointments on our booking site by selecting the "z3 - Vireo Formatting Support" option during booking (up to 50 minutes per day). Sessions provide one-on-one guidance on applying formatting standards, interpreting Vireo feedback, and resolving common formatting issues. Walk-ins welcome when available.

- Tuesdays 1:30 – 3:30 PM
- Thursdays 10:30 – 12:30 PM
- Fridays 1:30 – 4 PM (Zoom only)

Please be aware that “z3 - Vireo Formatting Support” appointments are exclusively focused on formatting for Vireo submission. If you are looking for discussions on writing or content, please book an appointment with one of our consultants using the “z2 - Thesis/Dissertation Writing” option in TutorTrac.
